Terms of Service

Effective as of April 7, 2026

1. NATURE OF THE SERVICE

Tesseum is an AI-assisted legal research platform. The Apolo engine identifies relevant articles in verified legislative corpora and generates analytical outputs based on those articles.

Tesseum does not constitute legal advice, does not establish an attorney-client relationship, and does not replace the independent professional judgment of a qualified attorney. All outputs generated by Apolo are informational and advisory in nature.

2. PERMITTED USERS

The service is intended for:

• Lawyers and legal professionals
• Law students
• Citizens seeking general legal information
• Researchers and academics

Users must be 18 years of age or older. By registering, you accept these terms in full.

3. LAUNCH PERIOD

From April 7 to May 7, 2026, Tesseum offers free and unrestricted access to all features. Starting May 7, 2026, advanced features will require an active subscription according to the plans published at tesseum.com/pricing.html.

4. SERVICE LIMITATIONS

Tesseum does not guarantee:

• Absolute accuracy of cited articles
• Applicability of results to specific cases
• Real-time updates to legislation
• Uninterrupted service availability

The legislative corpus is updated periodically. Current legislation must be verified through the corresponding official sources.

5. ACCEPTABLE USE

Users agree not to use Tesseum for:

• Activities contrary to law or public order
• Attempting to manipulate, deceive, or alter the behavior of the Apolo engine
• Reproducing, redistributing, or commercializing generated content without authorization
• Automated attacks or overloading the service
• Obtaining information with intent to harm third parties

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The system architecture, the Apolo engine, prompts, analytical methodology, and platform design are the exclusive property of Tesseum. Legislative texts belong to their respective issuing bodies and are used for research and public information purposes.

7. PRIVACY AND DATA

Tesseum processes user data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Contracts uploaded for analysis are automatically anonymized before processing. Tesseum does not store personally identifiable data from third-party contracts.

8. MODIFICATIONS

Tesseum reserves the right to modify these terms with 15 calendar days' prior notice to registered users. Continued use of the service after notification implies acceptance of the updated terms.

9. JURISDICTION

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic for European users and by the laws of the United Mexican States for users in Mexico. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Prague, Czech Republic, or Mexico City, Mexico, as applicable based on the user's domicile.
