1. PERMITTED USES

Tesseum may be used for:

Case preparation as an auxiliary tool

2. PROHIBITED USES

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension without prior notice.

The following are strictly prohibited:

Attempting to manipulate the Apolo engine through prompt injection or jailbreak techniques
Requesting information to facilitate illegal activities
Uploading documents containing third-party personal data without their consent
Using the service to harass, threaten, or harm others
Performing automated scraping or denial-of-service attacks
Reproducing or redistributing generated content for commercial purposes without authorization
Impersonating another user or Tesseum
Attempting to access other users' data or internal systems
Using the service to evade one's own legal obligations

3. TOOL LIMITATIONS

Users acknowledge that:

Tesseum is an auxiliary tool, not a substitute for professional legal advice
Apolo's analyses are advisory and must be verified by a qualified attorney before making legal decisions
Legislation changes — the corpus is updated periodically but may not reflect recent amendments
Results may contain errors and must be cross-checked against official sources

4. SYSTEM INTEGRITY

Tesseum implements active protections against manipulation of the Apolo engine. Attempts to circumvent these protections are logged and may result in permanent account suspension and, in serious cases, legal action under applicable law.

5. REPORTING ABUSE

If you detect misuse of the platform or a security vulnerability, report it to hola@tesseum.com. Good-faith reports will be treated with confidentiality.

6. CONSEQUENCES OF VIOLATION

Violations of this policy may result in:

Temporary or permanent account suspension
Subscription cancellation without refund
Reporting to competent authorities in cases of illegal activity
Legal action for damages caused to Tesseum or third parties
